GigaPan Beta unit view site

The GigaPan prototype site was fun, challenging and rewarding. It was fun because it was all behind the scenes and I had the excuse to come up with a look and feel for the site and for what may have been the entire look and feel for this neat new company, plus I got to play with this robotic beta system to test out the product. It was challenging because as the only web designer on the project I had to move beyond my comfort zone of graphic and static web design. I had to quickly familiarize myself with the world of online-merchant control panels and code in order to match the look and feel of two different merchant programs to sync up perfectly with the site I had already designed. It was rewarding because the project manager kept me on my toes with new problems to solve every day but by the end of each day we were both satisfied and pleased with the solutions I came up with, even if they were simple ones to match a conservative budget and timeline.
